Why You Carry Fat Below the Waist

It’s a sad, sad reality, I know. The harsh truth for most of us ladies is that yes, we tend store body fat in our hips, butt and thighs.

It’s so not fair!!!!

And, it is one of the many traits that comes along with being a woman.

And being a woman is a fabulous gift…truly.

My first and best bit of advice on this topic is to accept reality and embrace it. To some degree, it just IS. Your health and fitness endeavors will be so much easier and more fun if you can simply accept the truth that yes, your body tends to be heavier in your hips, butt and thighs. Rather than fighting with your body, I suggest simply accepting the facts and put good energy into making the most of what you’ve got!

Doesn’t that feel much better???
