When it comes to exercise, “more” is not always better. And, ANYTHING is better than nothing!
If you are struggling to get on track and find a consistent workout regimen, know that getting up and moving doing anything is better than doing nothing at all. Just get moving!
If you are pretty consistent at being active each week, the next thing to strategize is the number and nature of your workout sessions.
