Holly’s client includes Karlie Kloss, Adrian Grenier, Howard Stern, Billy Crystal, Petra Ecclestone, numerous professional athletes from the NHL and NFL, and even a presidential candidate.

A heavy education in biology, physiology, biomechanics and kinesiology, Holly’s approach to body transformation is built upon a foundation of science. All of her methods and technics are evidence-based, coming from current medical research.

Holly believes that we’ve arrived a time where fitness is no longer about looking good or “fitting into your skinny jeans.” These things are great, but really are the result of having a deeper commitment to health, wellbeing, and graceful aging. Medical research proves that strength training (and fitness in general) is a critical component in the overall battle to maintain true health and avoid the most common problems of heart disease, stroke, diabetes, dyslipidemia, arthritis, osteoporosis and mood disorders.

In order to age gracefully and avoid these health challenges and diseases that are so common, it’s imperative to be engaging in a consistent and comprehensive fitness and wellness program. Holly calls it a Trifecta of Body Transformation and it includes:

  1. Progressive resistance strength training

  2. Age prescribed cardiovascular training

  3. A nutrition approach that supports the above

In addition to proprietary approaches for each of the above, Holly also incorporates principles of mindset and psychology in her work as the piece that brings it together. There is a common belief that in order to change your body on the outside, you must first change your internal dialogue and thought patterns. Holly approaches this concept very differently. Rather than an “inside, out” approach where psychology and mindset run the show, Holly has proven that an “outside, in” approach often works better and faster for women. In this approach, Holly teaches women to take the proper actions necessary to create a different body on the outside. In doing so, you are able to rewire and reconfigure your body’s messaging systems on the inside. Here, you literally change the way that you think by first changing the way that your body works.

Holly believes that strength training as a foundation has massive power in changing the way that you think and feel on a mental and emotional level.
