On Day 1 you'll see what good technique feels like. We'll help you adjust your movement patterns so you learn the right positions, and avoid the common "faults".


What "Heavy" Means
On Day 2 you'll revisit the same moves you practiced on Day 1 but this time you'll be able to explore your "edge" so you can see what heavy actually means for your body.
